COVID Testing for Students

We WILL be expanded testing to ALL of our students/staff on Monday, September 20th

I just received word that we are expanding our site testing to ALL students starting on Monday.

AND

AS OF NOW, IF YOU REGISTERED PREVIOUSLY EVERY STUDENT NEEDS TO "ORDER" A TEST FOR THIS COMING MONDAY.

We are trying to get this changed going forward.

Please explain:

1) To register your child for COVID testing, click on the link: https://universal.labsvc.net//patientportal/index.html?linwood

2) Click the Red button that reads "Order my test now"

3) For first time users, please select the purple "Register" button on the left.

4) Complete the personal information section and insurance section with the student's information. The remaining sections should be completed with the parent/guardian's information.
