Become a Classroom or School Volunteer
ALL VOLUNTEERS FOLLOW THESE STEPS
- Bring the above completed CCUSD Prospective Volunteer Packet to the Lin Howe Front office to receive the fingerprinting forms. Please be sure to fill out all of the forms. If you have not had a TB Skin test or Assessment in the last 4 years, our school nurse can do an assessment for you or your health provider may fill out the form.
- After turning in the packet to the front office, Go to an any establishment that will give you a live scan/fingerprinting. We will have a list of local fingerprinting offices at Lin Howe when you bring in your application.
- Return one copy of the fingerprinting form to the Lin Howe front office
- Call Lin Howe 5 days after you have your fingerprinting to see if you have been cleared.
